Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Martin have split.

“Jen is the one who broke it off with Chris,” a source tells PEOPLE.

The Oscar-winning actress, 24, and the Grammy-winning Coldplay frontman, 37, were first linked in August, shortly after Lawrence split from her boyfriend, actor Nicholas Hoult.

Following a few quiet date nights at Martin’s Malibu home, the romance seemed to move further into the spotlight on Sept. 19, when Lawrence attended Martin’s performance at the iHeartRadio music festival in Las Vegas.

A source says the pair were together as recently as Oct. 21, following Martin’s friendly dinner with ex Gwyneth Paltrow.

Reps for the stars haven’t responded to requests for comment.

Oscar de la Renta, Fashion Icon, Dead at 82

The fashion world has lost an icon. Oscar de la Renta has died at the age of 82 after battling cancer, The New York Times confirms.

The famed designer most recently designed George Clooney‘s wife Amal Alamuddin‘s wedding dress.

In 2013, the Dominican-born designer admitted he had been battling cancer. “Yes, I had cancer. Right now, I am totally clean. The only realities in life are that you are born, and that you die. We always think we are going to live forever. The dying aspect we will never accept. The one thing about having this kind of warning is how you appreciate every single day of life,” he’s quoted as saying by International Business Times.

A source tells Us Weekly that De La Renta had a form of gastric cancer and recently underwent an aggressive bout of chemo.

Aside from dressing hundreds of celebrities throughout his career (Sarah Jessica Parker, Lea Michele, Oprah Winfrey, Jennifer Garner, and many more were fans), the icon was also beloved by first ladies Nancy Reagan, Hillary Clinton, Laura Bush, and Michelle Obama.

De La Renta is survived by his second wife Annette de la Renta.

Matthew Morrison Gets Married in Hawaii

It sure was one gleeful moment when the actor popped the question to his longtime girlfriend last summer, but Matthew Morrison and Renee Puente must be grinning ear to ear after tying the knot.

The two were married Saturday evening in an intimate celebration in front of 50 family and friends on a private estate in Kihei on the island of Maui, Hawaii, the actor’s rep confirms exclusively to PEOPLE.

Morrison wore a custom Brooks Brothers tuxedo for the occasion, while the bride wore a one-of-a-kind Gustavo gown with shoes specially designed by Emmy London.

Of course a Glee wedding would be incomplete without musical performances. Pianist Chad Whidden played for the crowd and soloist Kiley Dean sang “Feels Like Home” as Puente walked down the aisle.

Later on in the evening, Puente put on a special Hula performance for Morrison, and he then joined her in a couples version. The talented newlyweds ended their performances with a special duet together, singing Laura Benanti’s “Starry Eyed/Video Games.”

Kevin Covey Wedding and Events planned the affair, which featured food by Bev Gannon’s Celebrations Catering – including a special dessert station made up of Morrison and Puente’s favorite family recipes – and floral and décor by Inviting Occasion.

Photography was provided by Natalie Watson Photography and Watson Studios, and the videographer was Perryfield Films.

The Glee actor, 35, and the model, 31, have been dating since 2011. “An incredible night of LOVE @ejaf ball,” Morrison Tweeted in June of the engagement. “I’m going to marry my best friend! Happy day for me and @Renee_Puente.”

Call it déjà vu: Zoë Saldana‘s world is about to turn blue.

The Avatar actress is expecting twin boys with her husband Marco Perego, PEOPLE confirms.

“She is beside herself happy over it all,” a source says of Saldana, who attended The Book of Life premiere in an Altuzarra printed dress from their spring line.

Saldana, 36, and Perego have been preparing for the pending arrivals and were recently spotted stocking up on essentials for their sons at Bel Bambini.

And although the mom-to-be has remained mum throughout much of her pregnancy, she recently hinted that she is experiencing double the joy, joking she would need to triple up on her Halloween costume collection.

Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes welcomed a daughter on Friday, Sept. 12, PEOPLE confirms. She is the first child for both actors.

“She’s absolutely in heaven being a mom. She’s never been happier,” a friend tells PEOPLE of Mendes, who delivered via c-section.

“She and Ryan are just in awe of this beautiful person they created. It’s a really special time for them.”

Mendes, 40, and Gosling, 33, began dating in 2011, costarring in the 2012 drama The Place Beyond the Pines.

PEOPLE confirmed the pregnancy in July, but the couple kept Mendes’s growing baby bump under wraps for months.

“Their lives completely changed as soon as Eva got pregnant. They used to travel all over the place together and go on hikes with their dogs. [But in the past few months] she barely left the house,”  a source previously told PEOPLE. “Ryan has been taking care of her, picking up food and running errands. He has been very supportive of keeping things a secret.”

Though they hid the happy news, an insider told PEOPLE the stars couldn’t be more thrilled to expand their family.

“This has been a long time coming,” the pal said of the very private parents-to-be. “Ryan and Eva definitely discussed children before. She knows how much he wants to be a dad and he’s going to be an amazing father.”

There’s another baby on the way for Kimora Lee Simmons.

The model and designer, 39, is expecting her fourth child, PEOPLE confirms.

Already mom to daughters Ming, 14, and Aoki, 12, with Russell Simmons, and 5-year-old son Kenzo, with Djimon Hounsou, this will be Simmons’s first child with husband Tim Leissner, whom she married in February.

“It’s true. Pregnant, happy – so far so good,” a source tells PEOPLE. “[She’s] cautiously optimistic. [The] girls are ecstatic.”

The New York Post‘s Page Six was first to report the news, adding that Simmons is about four months along.
