It’s official — A second miracle baby for Halle

HalleBerry937.jpgHalle Berry suffered through the disappointment of more than 30 negative pregnancy tests before finally learning she was expecting her first child, Nahla, in 2007. Luckily, she’s had more success with her follow-up attempts to have a baby: Life & Style can exclusively reveal that the actress, who turned 43 on Aug. 14, is three months pregnant with her second child.

“Halle is overjoyed,” says an insider close to Halle and the baby’s father, model Gabriel Aubry. “The first time, she struggled so much to get pregnant and eventually conceived through in vitro fertilization. This time, the baby was conceived through artificial insemination.”

“She’s just ecstatic to be pregnant again,” the insider tells Life & Style. “She wasn’t sure if she’d have another baby, so she’s very happy!” A rep for Halle didn’t respond to a request for comment.

David Boreanaz and His Wife Welcome a Girl | David Boreanaz, Jaime Bergman David Boreanaz’s bundle of joy has arrived. Wife Jaime Bergman delivered the couple’s second child, daughter Bardot Vita Boreanaz, on Monday, PEOPLE has learned exclusively.

Baby Bardot weighed in at 7 lbs., 14 oz., and joins big brother Jaden Rayne, 7, at home.

The birth comes as a relief to Bones star Boreanaz, who had been staying close to home in case Bergman, who had been on bed-rest, went into labor.

“I must maintain a 20-mile radius. I cannot travel beyond that,” the former Angel star, 40, told PEOPLE recently. “If I do, I’ll freak out – I have to be there when the baby comes.”

Now that Bardot has arrived, the couple can breathe easy.

“We’ve been trying to have another baby for a couple of years now so we are beyond excited,” Bergman, 33, recently told PEOPLE’s Celebrity Baby Blog. “We’re over the moon.”

“We can confirm that John and Emily are engaged,” a rep for both stars tells Us.

The Devil Wears Prada star, 26, and Krasinski, 29, began dating in November 2008, but have been tight-lipped about their relationship.

Blunt has said she learned her lesson after she was forced to discuss her split from Canadian singer Michael Buble in July 2008 after three years of dating.

“Unfortunately, when you invite those questions in, then when things go south, people still have the assumption that you want to talk about it. And unfortunately, I don’t,” she previously told USA Today. “It was a learning curve for me. I don’t feel like [talking about my relationship] is something I have to do.”

DJ AM Found Dead in New York City | Adam Goldstein DJ AM has been found dead in his New York City apartment.

Det. Brian Sessa tells PEOPLE that at 5:20 p.m. on Friday New York Police Department officers entered an apartment on Lafayette Street in response to a 911 call about a man who hadn’t been seen for two days. Inside, they found the body of a white male in his 30s. Another police source confirmed to PEOPLE that the dead man was DJ AM.

The cause of death has not been released by the medical examiner, although N.Y.P.D. Deputy Commissioner Paul Browne said there was no apparent evidence of foul play. A police source said prescription drugs where found in the apartment.

Goldstein’s publicist released a statement Friday confirming the news of his death. “The circumstances surrounding his death are unclear. Out of respect for his family and loved ones, please respect their privacy at this time,” the statement says.

DJ AM (real name: Adam Michael Goldstein) was 36. He narrowly escaped death in a 2008 jet crash with Blink 182’s Travis Barker.

“There’s no reason why I lived and they didn’t,” DJ AM said last month at the Television Critics Association summer press tour, referring to the others who died in the crash. “It’s something that I struggle with every day, you know, kind of wondering. But I’ve just realized I’m never really going to know. I’m alive, and I’m here, and I have another chance. So I have to do something better with my life this time.”

Chris Brown Sentenced to Five Years Probation

Chris Brown just got served! The judge placed Brown on felony probation for 60 months (5 years) and 180 days community labor, which will be supervised by the chief of police in Richmond, Va.

Brown reached a plea deal with L.A. prosecutors back in June to avoid jail time and get probation instead. Aside from 5 years of probation, he also has to take a yearlong domestic violence prevention class.

L.A. County Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg also ordered him to stay at least 50 yards away from Rihanna, for the next five years, unless they’re both at an entertainment-related event, in which case he must stay at least 10 yards away.

Chris is also subject to search and seizure 24/7 for the next 5 years. He can’t own any dangerous weapon, including guns or knives. He also isn’t allowed to contact Rihanna via phone, text, email, etc.

He has to personally come to court every 3 months during his probation. The first appearance will be November 19. He’s also not allowed to leave the country without approval

He also has to pay $2,500 in restitution. He’ll have to pay another $2,500 in probation expenses. He must also pay a $30 criminal conviction fee, He must also pay $400 that goes into a domestic violence fund, reports TMZ.

TLC to Play First U.S. Concert in 7 Years TLC, the record-breaking, four-time R&B Grammy winners who were a mainstay on the Billboard charts in the 1990s, is set to play a show on U.S. soil for the first time in seven years – as part of a benefit concert hosted by Justin Timberlake.

Playing the “Justin Timberlake and Friends” concert, Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins and Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas, the two remaining members of TLC – Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes was killed in a 2002 car accident – will play Las Vegas’s Mandalay Bay Events Center on Oct. 17.

Along with Timberlake and TLC, country sweetheart Taylor Swift and vocalists Alicia Keys and Ciara have also been added to the ticket. Tickets go on sale Saturday.

The benefit concert highlights a weeklong golf tournament to be hosted by Timberlake in Sin City Oct. 11-18 – the 2009 Justin Timberlake Shriners Hospitals for Children Open.

Timberlake, 28, is in the second year of a five-year partnership with Shriners to host the golf tournament and benefit concert.
