Former boybander Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo have called it quits, Us Weekly is reporting.
“It was an amicable break-up,†sources say. “They walk away from it still friends…They still care about each other very much. This is what’s best for both of them.â€
Just last week, the couple was last seen together parting at Hollywood’s MyHouse Nightclub last week (June 17, pictured here).

In order to compile the list of the year’s top earning musicians, Forbes considers money made from album sales, touring, publishing and endorsement deals from June 2008 and June 2009.

Chris Brown has reached a plea bargain in his felony assault case for beating Rihanna last February.
The singer, 20, will receive five years probation for felony assault. He’ll also spend 180 days doing community labor in Virginia. He’ll also home to Virginia, his home stage, his lawyer, Mark Geragos, announced in court.
Rihanna did not have to testify.
Brown arrived at a downtown Los Angeles court at 1:30 PDT this afternoon for the hearing. He was escorted inside the Clara Shortridge Foltz Criminal Justice Center by eight uniformed officers and a bodyguard.
Brown — who donned a gray striped suit, brown shoes and striped tie — appeared solemn, according to a witness. His mother followed behind him. The duo were both looking down.
Rihanna — who wore a black dress, sunglasses and pearls — was present at court, but never entered the courtroom.
Brown turned himself into police in February for allegedly beating Rihanna. He was charged with two felonies.

Rachel Griffiths and her husband Andrew Taylor have welcomed their third child, a baby girl, a rep for the actress tells Usmagazine.com.
No other details were immediately available.
The Brothers & Sisters star, 40, announced her pregnancy earlier this year, telling Us, “We’re almost done [with shooting] and I’m not enormous.”
Of getting pregnant, she told Us, “It’s brilliantly timed, as I always do with my children, without causing the networks too much stress.”
“I’ll be back to work pretty quick after, which is intimidating,” she went on. “I’m in the most family-friendly show on television, and everybody there is so supportive and thrilled.”
Griffiths and Taylor are parents to daughter Adelaide Rose, 3, and son Banjo Patrick, 5.
Father’s Day was twice as sweet for Matthew McConaughey: Not only did he get to celebrate his first Father’s Day with 11-month old Levi, his son with girlfriend Camila Alves, but the couple is expecting a second baby, he revealed on his Web site Sunday night.

Let the rumors resume! Several weeks after Jennifer Aniston and Bradley Cooper reportedly flirted at a party for her movie Management, the pair enjoyed a cozy late-night dinner at the romantic Italian restaurant Il Cantinori in Manhattan on Thursday.
“It was a date,” says a source. “She is taking it slow. She is obviously looking for love, but is not about to rush into anything.”
When the two met up earlier this spring, pals of both dismissed romance rumors. “I am single,” Cooper, 34, the star of the box-office smash The Hangover, recently told PEOPLE, saying that he found the rumors linking himself to Aniston “flattering.”
He added that he’s looking “for humor, great personality, intelligence, inner and outer beauty” in a woman. The one must? “She has to like my dogs [Samson and Charlotte]. My dogs and I come in a package.”
That shouldn’t be a problem for Aniston, 40, a canine lover with two dogs of her own, Norman and Dolly. The actress spent most of the spring shooting the romantic comedy The Baster in New York, while also getting past her March split with John Mayer.
