Weeks after Us Weekly reported that the actor, 38, proposed to Canadian real estate agent Kyla Weber, her father confirmed the news Thursday in an interview with the Montreal Gazette. He declined to comment any further.

“She’s so happy and excited! They clicked from the beginning,” a pal recently told Us of the couple. “Kyla never mentions Jennifer Aniston [Vaughn’s famous ex].”

Adds the source, “Vince has met Kyla’s whole family in Calgary. And she met his family in Chicago. They loved her!”

Congrats to supermodel Niki Taylor and her Nascar driver hubby Burney Lamar who welcomed their new daughter into the world, just one day before Niki’s 33rd birthday.

The baby girl, named Ciel Taylor Lamar, was born the couple’s home in Brentwood, Tennessee.

“Everyone is doing amazing,” says Lou Taylor, Niki’s long-time manager. Ciel is a healthy baby girl weighing 7 lbs., 8 oz.

The couple tied the knot in at the Grande Colonial Hotel in La Jolla, California, on December 27, 2006.

Niki is already mom to 14-year-old twins Hunter and Jake. She’s expressed her desire to get pregnant with her new hubby for over a year now, so we couldn’t think of a better birthday present!

Tennis Champ Boris Becker Engaged – Again With tears in his eyes, tennis legend Boris Becker, 41, announced that he and his on-again, off-again girlfriend, Sharlely “Lilly” Kerssenberg, 30, will marry on June 12.

“We’ve been together for nearly four years and had our ups and downs. … Last summer I lost my way, but she took me back again,” said Becker, on the German TV show Wetten, dass…?, referring to his three-month engagement to Alessandra “Sandy” Meyer-Woelden, 25, a jewelry designer and daughter of his late manager, Axel Meyer-Woelden.

Wetten, dass…? host Thomas Gottschalk, a friend of Becker’s, joked on the live show, “No, not again?” before wishing the pair all the best. Becker then invited him to the wedding.

Becker and the Dutch Kerssenberg, a sometime model, plan to wed in St. Moritz, Switzerland, the swank ski resort town where in January they had first confirmed that they were together again.

Kerssenberg told Gottschalk that Boris’s ex-wife, Barbara Becker, 42, is very happy for them, and revealed that Barbara and her fiancé, Arne Quinze, 37, an artist from Belgium, may have something more in common with them: “They’re getting married on the same day!” (However, Barbara Becker and Arne Quinze were not on the show to confirm.)

Rihanna & Chris Brown Are Back Together Rihanna and Chris Brown are back together, PEOPLE has learned exclusively.

The pair have reunited almost three weeks after Brown, 19, allegedly battered the “Umbrella” singer on Feb. 8, a source tells PEOPLE.

“They’re together again. They care for each other,” says the source. The on-again couple are currently spending time together at one of Sean “Diddy” Combs’s homes, on Miami Beach’s Star Island.

Adds the source: “While Chris is reflective and saddened about what happened, he is really happy to be with the woman he loves.”

In its latest issue, PEOPLE reports that Brown called Rihanna on her 21st birthday one week ago. “He called to wish her happy birthday,” a source told the magazine. “They’ve reached out to each other. It’s been mutual.”

Brown was booked by LAPD for making criminal threats but the case has not yet been presented to the District Attorney, who will ultimately determine which charges, if any, will be prosecuted.

Touchdown! Congrats to supermodel Gisele Bundchen and New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, who just tied the knot in a private ceremony in Malibu.

The super private couple had a small ceremony Thursday evening just after 6pm at the St. Monica’s church in Malibu, less than a mile from the beach.

People magazine reports that his 1.5 year-old son John Edward Thomas was present at the wedding. We’re assuming he served as ring boy?

Guests were invited to the couples $11.7 million dollar Brentwood home for a small reception following the ceremony.

The gorgeous bride got married in a form-fitting ivory lace strapless Dolce & Gabbana dress complete with a floor-length veil with attached handmade satin roses and attached satin headband. Her three dogs also wore matching Dolce & Gabbana floral lace collars, reports Us Weekly.

The couple got engaged sometime around the New Year, but didn’t confirm it until a few weeks later on January 12. “He asked and she accepted,” said the source.

There have been reports for months that the couple was planning a big wedding, but they ultimately opted for a late minute super private ceremony. They have been dating since 2006.

We thought there were wedding bells in Holly Madison and Criss Angel‘s future, but the magic between Holly and Criss has dissipated because the two have broken up.

The two dated for four months, with Holly jumping right from the mansion into the relationship.

A source close to the couple tells E! News, “She was very much in love with him, and they’re still very close friends. It was a conflict of schedules.

“She felt she couldn’t devote 100 percent of her time in Vegas and his career at the expense of her career and her goals.”

The source added that the decision to split was mutual. Holly had been shacking up with Criss at his lair in Vegas, so it looks like she’ll have to find another guy to live with.

The source tells E! that Holly has decided to move back to LA to pursue her “career,” whatever that is, and that it was a very hard decision for her to make because “she still has very intense feelings for him.”
