Sure, he’s been down this road before – three times to be exact.

But Charlie Sheen could not be a happier man. The Anger Management star proposed to his girlfriend Brett Rossi on Saturday, his publicist Jeff Ballard confirms to PEOPLE.

Sheen, 48, took Rossi, a porn actress, to Hawaii for a Valentine’s Day weekend getaway to pop the question.

This will be the fourth wedding for Sheen, whose brief first marriage, to Donna Peele, ended in an annulment, and who is divorced from Denise Richards and Brooke Mueller.

Sheen gave PEOPLE this exclusive statement in the quirky fashion his millions of Twitter followers have come to embrace, referring to Rossi by her nickname “Scottie.”

No date has been set for the wedding to Rossi, who spoke of the engagement in more conventional terms.

“Yes! We are engaged! He even was a gentleman and got down on one knee,” she tells E!. “I was not expecting it at all. We had a beautiful Valentine’s Day and he proposed to me early this morning after we watched the sun rise.

“The ring is classic and beautiful, but I don’t have any photos to share just yet. This is the happiest moment of both our lives. He’s my best friend and my soulmate.”

“I’m here today because I am gay,” Page told the audience at Time to THRIVE, a conference to promote the welfare of LGBT young people, according to The Hollywood Reporter. “And because maybe I can make a difference. To help others have an easier and more hopeful time.”

“Regardless, for me, I feel a personal obligation and a social responsibility.”

During her speech on Friday, the Juno star, 26, went on to say that, “It’s weird because here I am, an actress, representing – at least in some sense – an industry that places crushing standards on all of us. Not just young people, but everyone. Standards of beauty. Of a good life. Of success. Standards that, I hate to admit, have affected me.”

“You have ideas planted in your head, thoughts you never had before, that tell you how you have to act, how you have to dress and who you have to be. I have been trying to push back, to be authentic, to follow my heart, but it can be hard.”

The Human Rights Campaign also Tweeted the news, while Page herself also took to Twitter to thank supporters.

Rutler has been a consistent figure in Aguilera’s son Max’s life – her child from her first marriage to Jordan Bratman.

Lil’ Kim took to the stage at The Blonds Fashion Week after-party hosted by MAC Cosmetics at Gilded Lily in New York City on Wednesday night, Feb. 12, to announce her pregnancy. “I’m a mom, but I can turn it up a little!” she said as she rubbed her belly.

Indeed, the 39-year-old rapper doesn’t plan on slowing down any time soon. “I’m still going to work,” she tells Us. “I’m still going to be hardcore. The baby has made me even more of a beast!”

Right before performing “Lighters Up” she made sure to pay tribute to the late Notorious B.I.G., telling the crowd, “It’s also going to be Biggie’s birthday and the anniversary of his death soon so we [as she points to her belly] love you.”

Lil’ Kim has chosen to keep the identity of the unborn baby’s father private at this time.

Michael Jordan Yvette Prieto Welcome Identical Twin Daughters Victoria and Ysabel

Michael Jordan has more to be happy about than just the improved play of his NBA franchise.

His wife, Yvette Prieto Jordan, delivered identical twin daughters Victoria and Ysabel on Sunday, Feb. 9 in West Palm Beach, Fla., his rep confirms.

“Yvette and the babies are doing well and the family is overjoyed at their arrival,” spokeswoman Estee Portnoy says.

The couple announced the pregnancy in November, although they never publicly confirmed that they were expecting twins. After meeting six years ago at a Miami club, Jordan, 51 next week, and Prieto Jordan, 35, tied the knot last April.

Jordan has three grown children — sons Jeffrey, 25, and Marcus, 22, as well as daughter Jasmine, 21, with ex-wife Juanita Vanoy, whom he divorced in 2006 after 17 years of marriage.

He won six NBA championships with the Chicago Bulls and was a 14-time All-Star and five-time league MVP.

Jordan is the owner of the NBA’s Charlotte Bobcats, who are currently the eighth seed in the Eastern Conference and have a chance to make the postseason for the first time since he took over as majority owner in 2010.

Sarah Silverman has snatched herself a new boyfriend! The comedienne is dating British actor Michael Sheen, Us Weekly exclusively confirms. The two were recently spotted getting hot and heavy in West Hollywood on Thursday, Feb. 6.

“They were making out at Soho House,” an eyewitness tells Us. “They were all over each other for a lot of the night.”

The pair first caused a buzz when Silverman came out to celebrate Sheen’s 45th birthday party in West Hollywood. Silverman, 43, and the Masters of Sex actor partied at Craig’s with other boldfaced names like his costar Lizzy Caplan, Nicole Richie, Kate Hudson, Demi Moore, and Entourage’s Jerry Ferrara. Sheen’s ex-wife Kate Beckinsale was also in attendance with her husband Len Wiseman.

“Sarah and Michael came and left together. She drove,” an insider tells Us. “When they left, Sarah opened her trunk so Michael could put all of his gifts in and then they drove away.”

Sheen and Beckinsale, 40, divorced in 2003 after eight years together; they share daughter Lily, 14. (The friendly exes walked the red carpet together at a Golden Globes after party with Wiseman on Jan. 12.) The Twilight Saga alum briefly dated VH1 Morning Buzz host Carrie Keagan last fall, and romanced his Midnight in Paris costar Rachel McAdams for two years before calling it quits in February 2013. Silverman dated fellow comic Jimmy Kimmel for five years before their split in 2009.

Doutzen Kroes made quite the pregnancy announcement Thursday, posting a nude photo on Instagram to say she’ll soon be having baby No. 2. She is 16 weeks along and due in late July, her rep tells PEOPLE.

“This is not a #throwbackthursday this is now!” the Victoria’s Secret model, 29, writes. “So happy to share with you that we are expecting.”

“Super happy to announce that we’re expecting new love in our life! My beautiful wifey is pregnant,” her husband, Dutch DJ and producer Sunnery James, adds.

The couple, who married in late 2010, are already parents to 3-year-old son, Phyllon Joy.

Asked recently by the Miami Herald what Phyllon is up to these days, Kroes replied: “You mean, what is he NOT up to now? He loves his bike, and he loves it when my husband records or plays music; he’s pretty obsessed with every technological device we have. And he’s becoming such a little actor, making us laugh.”

Kroes will soon have her hands full with a new infant, but she also has big plans for her career. Asked in the same interview what her dream project would be, she replied: “To be a Bond Girl, but I’m not sure if I want to be a villain or the love interest.”
