Khloe Kardashian Filing for Divorce From Lamar Odom

Is it really over? According to a new report from TMZ, Khloe Kardashian plans to file for divorce from husband Lamar Odom very, very soon. As in today, Friday, Dec. 13.

The site claims that the 29-year-old reality star will be citing irreconcilable differences in her divorce papers. Married since September 2009, the couple have been estranged for several months, thanks largely to revelations about Odom’s drug use. See pictures of Khloe and Lamar together.

There seemed to be a glimmer of hope for the pair in late fall, but that glimmer has since faded. Kardashian has not been photographed with her wedding ring since Nov. 23, and has hinted at heartbreak in several recent (and cryptic) posts on Instagram and Twitter.

“She flip-flopped several times, but she can’t imagine having kids with someone who refuses to seek help for his disease,” a source close to the star shares in the new issue of Us Weekly. Adds another pal: “She’s saying, ‘I’m moving on.'”

Indeed, Kardashian seems determined to rise above. On Thursday, Dec. 12, just hours before TMZ reported on her divorce plans, she shared this quote via Instagram: “I am strong because I’ve been weak. I am fearless because I’ve been afraid. I am wise because I’ve been foolish.”

She also posted a note about learning to love on Dec. 7. “Dear Human: You’ve got it all wrong,” the note read. “You didn’t come here to master unconditional love. That is where you came from and where you’ll return. You came here to learn personal love. Universal love. Messy love. Sweaty love. Crazy love. Broken love. Whole love. Infused with divinity. Lived through the grace of stumbling. Demonstrated through the beauty of…messing up. Often.”

It went on: “You didn’t come here to be perfect. You already are. You came here to be gorgeously human. Flawed and fabulous. And then to rise again into remembering.”

Idina Menzel and Taye Diggs

After a decade of marriage, Taye Diggs and Idina Menzel have separated, PEOPLE has learned.

“Idina Menzel and Taye Diggs have jointly decided to separate at this time,” reps for the couple tell PEOPLE. “Their primary focus and concern is for their son. We ask that you respect their privacy during this time.”

Diggs and Menzel, both 42, met as costars in the original production of the Broadway musical Rent in the mid-1990s. They married in 2003 and had a son, Walker, in 2009.

Menzel, a Tony Award winner for Wicked, spoke to PEOPLE about the marriage earlier this year, saying it wasn’t always smooth sailing.

“We work at it,” she said. “I’m not going to glamorize it or glorify it – we go through tough times like everybody else, but we love each other very much. We try not to be away from each other for more than two weeks at a time, and we try to find new ways to communicate.”

Paul Walker Dies in Car Crash

Paul Walker, star of The Fast and the Furious, has died, PEOPLE confirms.

The actor died Saturday afternoon when a car he was in crashed and exploded in Santa Clarita, Calif. The driver also died.

Police released a statement about the accident: “When they arrived, deputies found the vehicle engulfed in flames. The Los Angeles County Fire Department responded, extinguished the fire and subsequently located two victims inside the vehicle. The victims were pronounced dead at the scene.”

“This is an ongoing investigation,” Deputy Heischuber of the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station tells PEOPLE. “A solo car crash occurred about 3:30 p.m. in the city of Santa Clarita, on the outskirts of Valencia. A 911 call came in from a bystander.”

A Tweet from Walker’s verified account reads: “It’s with a heavy heart that we must confirm Paul Walker passed away today in a tragic car accident.”

According to a post on his official Facebook page, the actor was “attending a charity event for his organization Reach Out Worldwide. He was a passenger in a friend’s car, in which both lost their lives. We appreciate your patience as we too are stunned and saddened beyond belief by this news. Thank you for keeping his family and friends in your prayers during this very difficult time. We will do our best to keep you apprised on where to send condolences.”

Action Star

Walker was known for his role as Brian O’Conner in The Fast and the Furious film franchise.

The latest, Fast & Furious 7, was filmed this fall and also stars Vin Diesel, Jordana Brewster, Tyrese Gibson, Michelle Rodiguez, Ludacris and Dwayne Johnson, and is scheduled to hit theaters next summer.

Walker has a daughter, Meadow Rain, who turned 15 last month.

The actor was born in Glendale, Calif., in 1973, and appeared on TV in Who’s the Boss and The Young and the Restless as a teen before breaking through to films such as 1999s Varsity Blues and She’s All That.

Walker recalled his decision to take the role in Fast and the Furious to Motor Trend this year.

“Universal came to me with a newspaper article about street racing in L.A. and I was like ‘Are you kidding me? I grew up doing that right off Peoria in Sun Valley,’ ” he said. “They asked if I wanted to do it. There wasn’t even a screenplay, there was nothing, but I was like …’F–– yeah, I want to do it!’ ”

TMZ was the first to report the news of Walker’s death in a car accident.

It’s a party of three for Jennifer Love Hewitt!

The actress and her husband (yes, they secretly wed!), actor Brian Hallisay “are thrilled to announce the birth of their daughter Autumn James Hallisay,” her rep tells PEOPLE.

Baby girl was born on Tuesday, Nov. 26.

The couple, who met on the Lifetime show The Client List, decided to keep the sex a surprise, celebrating with a gender-neutral baby shower in October.

One thing that wasn’t a surprise for the former Party of Five star was the realization that being a parent would be one of her greatest roles in life.

“I lost my mom a little less than a year and a half ago to cancer. Obviously, I got very lucky that even though I lost my mother, I lost her later in life, but it’s still had a profound effect on me,” Hewitt told PEOPLE in September.

“I’ve always wanted to be a mom,” she said. “I had a great relationship with mine. I’m ready to pass on to my child all the great love that my mom had for me.”

In the midst of celebrating newfound motherhood, Malin Akerman is also dealing with the end of her marriage.

The Trophy Wife actress, 35, and husband Roberto Zincone have called it quits, PEOPLE confirms.

Akerman, who married Zincone in an Italian wedding in 2007, gave birth to the pair’s son Sebastian in April.

“[Motherhood is] amazing, the biggest love you have ever felt in your life,” the starlet said shortly after having the baby. “I go to my husband, ‘I still love you, just this little one a little more.’ ”

During their time as a couple, Akerman got a ‘Z’ tattooed on her right wrist in honor of her now-ex.

Kelly Rowland is a single lady no more! The “Kisses Down Low” singer, 32, is engaged to marry her manager and boyfriend Tim Witherspoon, sources confirm to Us Weekly.

“She has been showing [the ring] off to friends and family and is very happy,” one insider tells Us. “She wants to…enjoy [it] and celebrate for a bit longer.”

Rumors that Witherspoon had popped the question circulated when Rowland was seen wearing a large diamond ring in a video on a pal’s Instagram account.

This will be the Destiny’s Child singer’s first marriage. She was previously engaged to football player Roy Williams; they split in January 2005, two months before their planned wedding.

“I was too young for marriage,” the British X Factor judge later told Cosmopolitan UK of their breakup. “But sometimes you fall down and you learn from it.”

Leighton Meester and Adam Brody are engaged, PEOPLE has confirmed.

The former Gossip Girl actress, 27, and the former The O.C. star, 33, whom sources confirmed were dating earlier this year, have been notoriously hush-hush about their relationship.

Though they make a point to keep a low profile, the couple were spotted having dinner with another friend in Venice, Calif., in February at local Mexican restaurant La Fiesta Brava.

As the couple left the restaurant, “Adam put his arm around Leighton and the two smiled at each other while she snuggled into his chest before the trio headed out,” an onlooker told PEOPLE.

The pair worked together on the 2011 film The Oranges.

In 2010, Meester spoke about her “really hard” split from Sebastian Stan, saying, “I was really sad when it ended, but that’s what taught me a lot about myself and love and life – and that’s good.”

Brody famously split with costar Rachel Bilson in 2006. “It was a typical romance and they just grew apart,” a source told PEOPLE at the time.
