Malin Akerman Expecting First Child

Malin Akerman is going to be a mom!

The Rock of Ages actress, 34, and her husband Roberto Zincone are expecting their first child together, her rep confirms to PEOPLE.

Akerman — known for her roles in Wanderlust and Watchmen — and Zincone, the drummer in her former band The Petalstones, tied the knot in Italy in 2007. And the actress considers herself a very lucky woman.

“I really hit the jackpot,” she told Women’s Health in 2009 of her husband. “Roberto is so accepting and supportive.

She admitted at the time that not everyone had faith their romance would last — but the couple have happily proved skeptics wrong.

“People would say, ‘I’ll give the two of you five years,’” she told the magazine. “But it gets better and better every day.”

Reese Witherspoon Welcomes Son Tennessee James

Oh, baby: Reese Witherspoon is a mom for the third time.

The actress gave birth to a son, Tennessee James Toth, on Thursday, Sept. 27, her rep tells PEOPLE exclusively.

“Reese Witherspoon and husband Jim Toth welcomed Tennessee James into their family today,” the rep says. “Both mom and baby are healthy and the entire family is thrilled.”

The baby is Witherspoon’s first child with her husband, whom she married in March 2011. She is already mom to Ava, 13, and Deacon, 8½, from her prior marriage.

In March, a source told PEOPLE that the actress, 36, was eager to have another child. “Right after the wedding, Reese expressed a desire to have a baby with Jim,” said the source. “Reese has been very open with her kids about her plans to expand the family.”

Witherspoon, who initially kept her pregnancy under wraps, subsequently showed off her baby bump all around the world over the spring and summer — from appearances at the Cannes Film Festival to lunches and errands at home in Los Angeles. “Frankly, I’m feeling very round,” she told reporters in June.

Antonio Sabato, Jr. Marries Cheryl Moana Marie

Actor Antonio Sabato Jr. married singer-songwriter Cheryl Moana Marie in an intimate ceremony Tuesday evening on the island of Kauai, his rep confirms to PEOPLE exclusively.

The couple, accompanied by 18 of their closest friends and family, exchanged vows at sunset at a private Anini Beach estate overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

Sabato, 40, met Marie in Los Angeles three years ago after failing to find love while filming his 2009 reality show, My Antonio.

“It’s kind of ironic that I went to Hawaii to look for someone, and then I found someone who’s from Hawaii,” he told PEOPLE at the time of the former beauty queen, who is also the youngest winner of the Miss Kauai America title.

In May 2011 the couple welcomed their first child together, son Antonio III.

This is the first marriage for Marie, and it’s the second marriage for Sabato.

Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze, Jr. Welcome a Son

Hello, little Prinze.

Sarah Michelle Gellar ”had a baby boy last week in Los Angeles,” her rep tells PEOPLE.

She and husband Freddie Prinze, Jr. “are thrilled to announce” the news, the rep confirms to Access Hollywood, adding that ”mother and baby are doing great.”

The newborn joins the couple’s daughter Charlotte Grace at home.

Their 3-year-old, who was spotted out with a still-pregnant Gellar last Tuesday, “is very excited to be a big sister,” the rep adds.

“They are thrilled that Charlotte [has] a little brother,” a source close to the couple told PEOPLE in July.

“They love their little girl more than anything in the world and know that love will only multiply.”

Gellar, 35, and Prinze, 36, were married in September 2002.

Melissa Joan Hart Welcomes Son Tucker

It’s a third boy for Melissa Joan Hart!

The actress and husband Mark Wilkerson welcomed son Tucker at 10 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 18, her rep tells PEOPLE exclusively. He weighed in at 8 lbs., 5 oz.

Tucker, whose middle name is still being chosen, joins Braydon, 4, and Mason, 6½, at home.

“Mom and Dad are elated and can’t wait to introduce him to his brothers,” the couple tell PEOPLE.

The Melissa & Joey star, 36, announced her pregnancy in April. They chose to await a delivery surprise.

“We have a few favorite [names] — we keep tossing them around,” Hart told PEOPLE last month. “I’m just to figure it out on the day. I don’t like to name ‘em before because I’m like, ‘What if I change my mind?’”

Shakira Expecting First Child

Yes, Shakira is pregnant.

The singer, 35, confirmed the news in a post on her website Wednesday, explaining that she needs to cancel a work commitment as a result.

“As some of you may know, [boyfriend] Gerard [Piqué] and I are very happy awaiting the arrival of our first baby! At this time we have decided to give priority to this unique moment in our lives and postpone all the promotional activities planned over the next few days,” she writes.

“This means I will not be able to be a part of the iHeartRadio Music Festival … I’d like to thank Clear Channel and my fans for their constant love and understanding. Big kiss!”

Shakira and Piqué, 25, central defender for FC Barcelona, confirmed their relationship in March 2011. This will be the first child for both.

On Tuesday, NBC announced that she will temporarily replace Christina Aguilera as a judge on season four of The Voice.

Nick and Vanessa Lachey Welcome Son Camden John

The littlest Lachey has arrived.

Nick and Vanessa welcomed a son on Wednesday, Sept. 12, they confirm to PEOPLE exclusively.

“We are incredibly proud to announce the birth of our beautiful baby boy, Camden John Lachey,” the couple tell PEOPLE in a statement.

“Born today at 6:54 p.m., he came into this world at 8 lbs., 9 oz. and 21 inches. Love has truly been redefined for both of us.”

The couple, who married in July 2011, announced the pregnancy in March. In July, Wipeout host Vanessa, 31, revealed that they were expecting a boy.

“I can’t even explain how excited I am,” the 98* singer and Stars Earn Stripes competitor, 38, told PEOPLE in August.

“For someone who has wanted a family for such a long time, I’ve looked forward to this moment. Now that it’s almost here, it’s awesome.”
