Heidi Klum and Seal to Divorce? | Heidi Klum, SealHeidi Klum and Seal plan to file for divorce in Los Angeles Superior Court this coming week, according to TMZ.

The couple were married in Mexico in 2005 after having met the previous year.

There has been no comment from their reps.

The two were reportedly last seen together on Dec. 27, when the supermodel-mom Tweeted a photo of herself and her musician husband in Aspen, reports the Daily Mail.

Project Runway star Klum, 38, was previously married to celebrity hairstylist Ric Pipino and had a daughter – Leni, now 7 – with Italian entrepreneur Flavio Briatore.

She and Seal, 48, had three children together: Henry Günther, 6, Johan Riley, 5, and Lou, 2.

When she was pregnant with daughter Lou, Klum said of her marriage, “When we’re home, we’re cooking and doing things with the kids, driving them to school. We do the things that everyone has to do.”

Etta James Dies | Etta JamesEtta James, the powerful blues voice behind the chart-topping 1961 evergreen “At Last,” has died after a lengthy struggle with leukemia. She was 73.

Her longtime friend and manager, Lupe De Leon, first confirmed the news to CNN. “This is a tremendous loss for the family, her friends and fans around the world,” De Leon said.

“She was a true original who could sing it all – her music defied category. I worked with Etta for over 30 years. She was my friend and I will miss her always.”

Because of her health concerns, James had curtailed her concerts in January 2010 to enter the hospital with a blood infection, among other ailments, including Alzheimer’s disease.

In May 2011, James was again admitted to a hospital in Riverside, Calif., with a urinary tract infection and the blood infection sepsis, her son Sametto James told Reuters at the time.

The winner of four Grammys and a 1993 inductee to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, James was portrayed in the 2008 movie Cadillac Records by Beyoncé Knowles. Christina Aguilera also cited James as a major influence.

“There’s a lot going on in Etta James’s voice,” Bonnie Raitt once told Rolling Stone, which ranked James 22nd on its list of the 100 Best Singers of All Time. “A lot of pain, a lot of life but, most of all, a lot of strength. She can be so raucous and down one song, and then break your heart with her subtlety and finesse the next. As raw as Etta is, there’s a great intelligence and wisdom in her singing.”

Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky Expecting a Baby! 

2012 is going to be a big year for Chris Hemsworth.

In addition to reprising his role as Thor in The Avengers, the 28-year-old Aussie will welcome a child with wife Elsa Pataky this spring, the couple tells ¡Hola!.

The actors, who wed in December 2010, are “delighted and very excited” to become first-time parents. Explains Spanish actress Pataky, 35: “Having the person that you love by your side and starting a family with them is the best thing that can happen to you in this life. You can’t ask for more.”

What does Hemsworth love most about his wife, who recently starred opposite Vin Diesel and Paul Walker in Fast Five?

“She’s always smiling,” Hemsworth told Us Weekly in April. “She’s a lot of fun to be around.”

Looks like Avril Lavigne will have to find herself a brand-new skater boy.

The rocker has split from her boyfriend of nearly two years, Brody Jenner, multiple sources confirm to Us Weekly.

Calling it quits last week, Lavigne, 25, and Jenner, 26, clashed over how to balance their relationship with their individual career pursuits.

“Every time he wanted to come back and take meetings to get his career back in order, she would make him go to Asia and Europe,” an insider tells Us of Lavigne, who released her fourth studio album, Goodbye Lullaby, in March 2011, and helms her own clothing line, Abbey Dawn.

Former Hills star Jenner, says the source, felt held back by his girlfriend.

“He hasn’t worked and he wants to. They were both unhappy because he wants to have his career, she wants him to stay with her,” argues the insider, adding that Lavigne vetoed multiple TV show offers Jenner recently received.

Dating Lavigne since spring 2010, Jenner has been open about showing his affection. In August 2010, he shaved the letter ‘A’ into the side of his head, shortly after he reportedly inked his girlfriend’s name on his left forearm.

Despite their split, the source close to the couple isn’t ruling out a reconciliation.

“There is always a chance they will get back together,” says the source. “Brody is trying to set the ground rules and wants to be able to work. They have to find a balance.”

A rep for Lavigne — who split from husband of three years Deryck Whibley in 2009 — had no comment.

Mena Suvari Files for DivorceMena Suvari is calling it quits on her 18-month marriage to concert producer Simone Sestito.

An attorney for the actress, 32, filed divorce papers on her behalf on Friday in L.A. County Superior Court, her rep confirms to PEOPLE.

According to court papers obtained by PEOPLE, Suvari cited “irreconcilable differences” 
and asked that Sesito receive no spousal support. She indicated that the pair’s separation date was Nov. 1, 2011.

Suvari and Sestito married in June 2010 in Italy, holding a private church in the Vatican City in what the pair called a “romantic” wedding. The couple met at the Toronto Film Festival in 2007 and were engaged in 2008.

This will be Suvari’s second divorce; she split from her first husband, cinematographer Robert Brinkmann, in 2005.

She and Sestito had no children, though she spoke last year of her excitement about having a bunch of kids.

Suvari is set to reprise her role in the next American Pie movie, due out later this year.

TMZ.com first broke the news of Suvari’s divorce filing.

The 38-year-old model and actress, who married Scott in September, is due in June.

“Our little bundle of joy is a honeymoon baby,” Molly wrote on her official site. “A first pregnancy is a nerve-wracking experience of course, but mostly we are just thrilled and excited.”

“I am absolutely, positively, downright over the moon to announce that we are pregnant! There are simply no words to describe the feeling…I finally get what they mean when they say pregnant women GLOW,” Molly added.
