Jared Padalecki & Genevieve Cortese Expecting First Child!

Jared Padalecki and his wife, actress Genevieve Cortese will soon become parents, his rep confirms to JustJared.com.

“OK yall I’d rather you officially hear it from me.. So, yes. Genevieve is pregnant. We’ll be welcoming a new member to our family in 2012 :)” the 29-year-old Supernatural star tweeted.

Jared had been teasing his Twitter followers about the baby news, writing, “Hey guys- I’ve been hearing a lotta rumors and getting a lotta questions so I’d like to go ahead and say that OF COURSE I’m not pregnant!”

“Ooohh!! Jeez well now I feel silly. Sorry, i simply fundamentally misunderstood the inquiries. To clarify, ‘I’ am not pregnant, and Genevie,” he said in another tweet, later adding, “Stupid character limit! Sorry-I was about to tell yall something and it cut me off! Wont happen again. Now what was it y’all were wondering?”

Jared and Genevieve tied the knot in February 2010.

“Our family’s so happy 2 announce [that on] 10/10/11 [our] baby girl Hattie Margaret McDermott was born at 7:08am! Xoxo,” the actress, 38, Tweeted, sharing a photo of her daughter’s feet.

Baby girl weighed in at 6 lbs. 14 oz. and is 20 inches long.

Early on, they decided to keep the baby’s sex a delivery surprise.

Spelling and McDermott have two other children together, Stella, 3, and Liam, 4. McDermott also has a 13-year-old son, Jack, from a previous marriage.

After announcing she was pregnant in April, Spelling told PEOPLE she and McDermott would love to have four kids, but said in September that this pregnancy might be her last.

Ali Landry and her husband, director Alejandro Monteverde, welcomed their second child Saturday in Los Angeles – a boy named Marcelo Alejandro – the actress’s rep tells PEOPLE exclusively.

Shortly after announcing her pregnancy, the former Doritos spokeswoman, 38, told PEOPLE in June that she was using grilled cheese sandwiches to battle morning sickness.

At the time, Landry also said she would be “really nervous” if she had a boy. Turns out, she had a big boy: Marcelo was 8 lbs and 21 inches long at birth.

Landry and Monteverde, 34, also have a daughter, 4-year-old Estela.

The Sex and the City star, 46, welcomed daughter Gemma Rose Davis through domestic adoption a few months ago, PEOPLE has confirmed exclusively.

“This is something I have wanted for a very long time,” Davis tells PEOPLE. “Having this wish come true is even more gratifying than I ever had imagined. I feel so blessed.”

Davis, who is a global ambassador for Oxfam and a patron for the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, will next be seen in Journey 2: The Mysterious Island.

Their summer romance is over.

Blake Lively and Leonardo DiCaprio, linked since May at the Cannes Film Festival, are no longer dating, a source close to DiCaprio tells PEOPLE.

“It’s amicable. They’re friends,” the source says, adding that distance and DiCaprio’s work commitments contributed to the breakup.

First spotted together hugging on a yacht on the French Riviera, the pair also clocked time together at a Sydney, Australia, zoo, on bikes in New York City and on vacation in Italy over the summer.

Over the weekend, Lively, 24, was spotted in Boston with Ryan Reynolds, according to a report in the Boston Herald. The Gossip Girl star was reportedly spotted on the Acela train and, later, having dinner together at sushi restaurant, O Ya.

DiCaprio, 36, will next appear in J. Edgar, due out in November.

Jenna Fischer Welcomes a Son | Jenna Fischer Life has imitated art for Jenna Fischer: The actress, whose character on The Office is pregnant, is now a mom herself.

Fischer, 37, and husband Lee Kirk welcomed son Weston Lee on Sept. 24, her rep tells PEOPLE exclusively.

“Mom and baby are doing great,” the rep says.

Fischer, whose character Pam has a daughter and is expecting a son with TV husband Jim Halpert on the show, first revealed she was pregnant in May.

In July, she told Jay Leno on The Tonight Show she was having a boy.

During her pregnancy, she shared her cravings and admitted she was virtually sailing through the nine months.

“In the beginning, it was a lot of macaroni and cheese and Lucky Charms. Now it’s a lot of strawberries,” she said. “I’ve been really lucky. I’ve had a really easy pregnancy.”

The actress has spoken in the past of her excitement about having children, saying that after becoming an aunt, “I already wanted kids, but even more so now.”

Fischer and Kirk were engaged in 2009 while both were vacationing in Europe and got married in July 2010, with Survivor‘s Jeff Probst officiating the ceremony.

The 50/50 star tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend, writer Lauren Miller, in Sonoma County, Calif., on Sunday, PEOPLE has learned.

The wedding took place in front of family and friends overlooking a vineyard. Guests included Rogen’s frequent costars Jonah Hill Adam Sandler, Paul Rudd, among others.

Rogen, 29, and Miller, 30, have been a couple since meeting in 2004, when he was a staff writer on The Ali G Show. They have been engaged since September of last year.
