The actress, 38, and her husband Dave Bugliari, 32, are expecting their first child, Milano’s rep confirms to PEOPLE exclusively.<\/p>\n

“They’re just over the moon,” says a friend of the Who’s The Boss<\/em> and Charmed<\/em> alum, who’s due in early fall. “They are so excited.”<\/p>\n

Milano and Bugliari \u00e2\u20ac\u201c an agent at the Creative Artists Agency \u00e2\u20ac\u201c wed in August 2009 in New Jersey after meeting three years prior.<\/p>\n
